Information relating to the 2017 20th Anniversary Finals
Hello! Its time for the office to head into Brandon and prepare for all the barrel racers to arrive!

Just a couple reminders for check in day!
Barns will be open 10am please do not arrive before than.
Once you find your stall we ask that you unload and park as quickly as possible there are a lot of trailers to arrive!
Check in at the office ASAP! You must check in by 9pm.
If you ordered shavings they will be available by the semi trailer for pick-up. Shavings must be picked up on Thursday.
Arena Time Slots can be purchased at the announcers stand by the arena. $10.00 for 20 minutes.
Directors will be wearing orange shirts sponsored by Farmery Brewery if you need help flag us down!
Most of all we hope everyone has a fun weekend and enjoys finals!

Hello everyone! Finals is fast approaching and we are excited!
Just wanted to remind everyone as in the past years your camping site only includes hydro. There is no water or sewer services.
We are looking forward to a fun weekend of barrel racing lets make it a good one!
Stall-Camping List Distribution 2017
Please if you need to make a stall change we would really appreciate you working a trade out with a fellow competitor the office is very busy getting ready for finals and it would help us tremendously not to be swamped with requests for stall changes.
The above link is a list of what barns competitors are located in and camping area. There will be maps posted at the end of each barn as well with the attached list. We did our best to accommodate everyone’s requests but we had numerous requests so this was difficult to manage.
The first tab is a alphabetical list of everyone’s name.
If your stalling assignment does not agree with you please feel free to work out a change with a fellow competitor and notify the office of the change on Thursday.
If we have missed you on the list let us know at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Check in is Thursday from 10am to 9pm. If you will not arrive within this time you must have someone collect your competitor package.
Shavings will not be available for purchase you must have purchased them with your entry.
Order of go for Friday and Saturday will be Open, Select, Peewee and NAERIC Youth Division. If you are not in the holding pen for your section of 5 before the gate closes you will receive a no time.
Times for sidepots (Futurity, Derby & MB Bred) all pull from the Open division.
No carry overs will be allowed for the short-go.
Short-go will run on a sudden death format.
You must have a ticket to attend the banquet on Sunday after the short-go.
We are very excited to announce our vendor area is full for the 2017 finals. There are still tables for the Swap and Shop if anyone is interested on Saturday night.

PLEASE NOTE if you have not received approval by the board, then you are not permitted to conduct business on the grounds during finals.
