Were just a little over a week away! Its very exciting to see a high number of entries we are working hard to provide an outstanding anniversary finals for our members!
Following the short-go on Sunday October 1 we will be having a banquet to present short-go prizes to our winners and celebrate 20 years of our association. Competitors receive one free ticket friends and family of the competitors must purchase a $5.00 ticket. If you didn’t purchase a ticket for friends or family with your entries and you would like one please e-mail the office firstname.lastname@example.org by September 23rd.
Tickets will not be sold at finals.
Hi everyone! I know you all are excited about finals coming up at the end of the month and want to make sure that you are entered. Please understand and know that this is an extremely busy time for the office and with so many etranspheres coming in in such a short period of time we have reached our allowed accepting limits, because of that we can only accept so many per day. Please be respectful of this and wait patiently for your etran to be accepted and refrain from emailing and asking why it has not been accepted as this is causing a back log of emails. Thank you for understanding
Entries are not considered complete without payment. If you have entered on line we need your payment as well by tomorrow.
On line entries close midnight tomorrow anything date stamped 12:01 September 2nd will not be accepted.
We are processing e-transfers as fast as our limits allow be patient all will be accepted.
Please include registration papers, calvenza receipt or NAERIC papers if you are entering sidepots.
E – transfers please e-mail the office a password as well!

Don’t forget when entering to send your payment and if you enter any side pots please send a copy of your paperwork.

Reminder – when placing your entries every contestant is required to purchase 1 program. The program contains information for the weekend and all the event orders of go! As well information on all our outstanding sponsors who support our event are listed in the program.
